Bistro 11 - Hagerstown

Our dinner experience at Bistro Eleven was wonderful! The food was exceptional and the portions were plenty. Our waiter, Zack, provided amazing service. We will absolutely be dining again and requesting Zack!

Thoroughly enjoyed dinner -brussel sprouts, flounder special, and split bread pudding with friend. Excellent service and will definitely stop in when in the area.

Great food and service, lots of variety on the menu. It doesn't look like much from outside, but the ambiance is really very pleasant inside. We're regulars.

Great food and service! I've been here a few times and had a great time every time. I was last here on Monday evening. I had the rack of lamb, and my date had the steak frites. Dinner was fantastic. We then finished it off with the croissant bread pudding. Our server was very attentive, knew the menu well, and we never had to wait, or wonder where he was.

I 'll start by saying, I really want to like this restaurant. It is in a great location with ample parking and on the good side of town. The decor is beautiful. I came here the first time right after they opened and it was great! I brought a friend the second time over the summer, excited to share the experience. We ordered calamari and it had plastic in it.... We told the staff, no apology, only an excuse that it was cartilage. It was not cartilage... decided last night to give it another try. I ordered pasta primavera. The pasta was supposed to be fettuccine. It was so overcooked that my husband asked if they were Asian noodles (rice noodles). It appeared to have been boiled about 5 minutes too long and thrown into a bowl to sit. It was clumped together and mushy. I ate the sparsely placed vegetables around it. When asked if it was good, I explained my opinion about the noodles. I was told I 'll be sure to share that ... cool. So I paid 18 bucks for 7 veggies. No comp offer, no apology. So disappointing.
