Chamorro Buffet is best on the island. Dried beef is my favorite. Full service bar here.
I was happily surprised to eat there. I had a lunch special there on a Saturday lunch and everything was truly delicious. Try their fried chicken ...it's way better than most and I'm going back for more chicken. I went by there one weeknight and the bar was packed so they are making it happen there at ITC
