Italiano Pizza - Hackney

This place is really insane. Rarely have I gone somewhere where the appearance of the establishment didn’t look like much but the food was incredible. I ordered a Mexican hot with a deep pan crust and it was genuinely one of the best pizzas I had. The pizza was melted evenly across the pizza and wasn’t plasticky/cardboard at all, the toppings were clearly fresh from that day (not frozen) and the crust was probably the best I’ve ever had on a pizza. It’s perfectly seasoned with a nice oregano flavour throughout and it holds up all the toppings nicely. It’s filling but delicious. Pictured here is a small but i will get a medium next time. If you’re in need of some good pizza that isn’t the generic sourdough wood fired stuff you see plastered everywhere these days, this is the place to go.

A warm and friendly welcome awaits you as well as the most delicious pizzas at this lovely little takeaway in Nile Street. It was recommended to us by a local resident who couldn’t speak highly enough of this place, the owner and his food and after visiting we’re 100% in agreement!

Just ordered this pizza, poor quality at a high price. Suspect the Google reviews are fake given some mention good service from the waiters and it isn’t a sit in restaurant? Will be getting Pizza Union down the road next time.

Really disappointing from this as I ordered in online delivery, got a long hair in pizza as well the chicken taste was so bad as it feels like 2/3 days old chicken.
