Starbucks - Hackettstown

I ordered three servings of almond milk, but what I received was caramel that resembled crushed ice cream topped with whipped cream. The vanilla option was sweeter than I requested, and I suspect the milk might have been expired. I felt frustrated spending so much money for such a disappointing experience. I've encountered young ladies working there on several occasions, but their attitude often suggests they don't enjoy their jobs. On one occasion, I told a staff member my preferences for a Frappuccino, and she didn’t respond. I had to ask her if she heard me, and her indifferent “yes” wasn’t pleasant. This hasn't been my first negative experience, and I may not return. I want to give them four stars in the hope that they improve their service for future customers, as I don’t want to make anyone look bad. However, they definitely need to pay more attention to customer care!

Today really needed a sweet coffee and went to the Starbucks in Target and the Barrista Mari delivered. She was so nice and sweet and made my drink perfect. Thank you, Mari.

The Target Starbucks has really friendly employees. They always have a smile on their face. They know how to count change. Maybe they can teach the Christmas employees at the front registers who give the excuse that most people use credit cards .
