Starbucks - Hackettstown

Would rather travel out of my way than go to this Starbucks Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I am only writing this review because this has happened to me more than 6 times. Very often that you use your app to order ahead, the cafe is closed and you have to go through drive thru and wait at least 15/20 min to pick up your order. Tell me, how does that make any sense? If I ordered ahead it’s because often times I do not have time to wait. Staff is friendly, but if you are understaffed just don’t have ordering ahead as an option. So disappointed

It’s wonderful and their services are great. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

They can never get a single drink, right, just the way that it was ordered, not even a simple one as an espresso macchiato. And they never seem very busy so that can’t be an excuse. Maybe hire someone who can actually read. Service: Take out Price per person: $10–20 Service: 3
