She seemed overwhelmed as she had to handle multiple tables on her own, while the manager and another person in the back were not offering any assistance. The waitress appeared to be a bit flustered as she was managing everything by herself. Unfortunately, our order got mixed up because she wasn't really listening, and we had to wait until we were finished to receive the coffee we had asked for. IHOP, you need to improve your service. If you're short-staffed, then the bus person should help out and the manager should lend a hand!
This was the smallest IHOP branch I have ever seen! It was not the best choice for breakfast.
Today, I ordered takeout from this restaurant and when I got home to enjoy my meal, I realized that half of my order was missing. They forgot to include all the meats and bacon. When I called, they said I could come back to pick up the missing items, but by then the food would have gone cold. They offered a refund for the next day, but I am not confident that will happen. I do not recommend ordering from this restaurant and suggest checking your order before leaving.
Service was a bit slow but everyone was very friendly. Love the new menu, nice change. Great place for breakfast or lunch
Food not as advertised. Burnt fried chicken, fries luke warm, took way too long to receive food. Every single one of dishes had to be adjusted from incorrect orders to food not being hot. Server only came by once after ordering and that was just to drop off the check. Didn't even finish eating the dish. Management tried to correct orders but this is just poor training. Not even that busy here.. will not be returning to this location
