The Cheesecake Factory - Hackensack

The server was awesome and the entree was great. I’m giving 2 stars for the take home dessert. The slice of cake was in pieces and looks to have just been thrown in a to go box. I paid $9.50 for something that I ended up just throwing away. I didn’t feel comfortable eating it in the condition that it was given to me. Would love for someone at Cheesecake to let me know how they can make this right

The experience here was awesome! The service was excellent and the food was great. The menu has a long list of dishes and dessert that I wanna try, so I will definitely be coming back!

The front had a minor confusion when trying to get seated, looks like the table I was supposed to be in wasn't cleaned on time. However, my party got placed in a better seat. Food-wise, I got the chicken parm and it was amazing. It was also a big serving, so be ready to take leftovers. The spaghetti on top of the parm tasted bland, but honestly, the chicken by itself is worth it. The cheesecake was delicious, can't go wrong with any cheesecake that has chocolate in it.

This was my second time coming this year I have to say both times was a great experience. The waitress was attentive and made sure we was good. I had the grilled salmon my friend had the jerk chicken shrimp and both dishes was sooooo good. I also had the Linda’s fudge chocolate which was amazing. I went an hour before closing.

We really appreciate their diverse and affordable menu options. The service has always been excellent, with attentive and accommodating staff. The venue is spacious and offers a pleasant atmosphere that's perfect for a leisurely meal. Their takeout service is also commendable—ordering online is quick and easy, and our food was ready for pickup right on time.
