El Pollo Loco - Hacienda Heights

My order had some very good chicken crispy skin, moist and tasty. my only problem with this place is that they no longer have Mexican drinks on the fountain machine. very slight complaint

Had the 2 eats for $10; 2 pc huh, tortillas, salate, rice, and bor.

I found no welcome here from all of the people that were on the other side were employees here I did make a complaint and a request that they need to fix the table and I did this for the next customer that would sit on the table and realize that their table their food and their time just fell on the ground and if it was somebody older that wasn't so bendable and flexible what if there was an elderly or handicapped person that was by themselves that had a spill the money and the time on the line and with customer service that doesn't want to listen to you and pay attention to in regards to put up a sign if the table doesn't work I can move it aside why put it broken table for somebody to eat on it doesn't make any sense I felt very poorly at a five stars rating I'm giving a one but truely I believe in ? chances so I will take this as a learning experience and know that if I come back a month from now it won't be my money to come back for this service again. Very rude employees and manager doesn't do her job. Let's these young girls act dumb and cuss. Food was nasty and broccoli was brown and raw. Place is not even clean.
