I had been searching for vegan food in Ha Giang for a while when I stumbled upon this restaurant with only one review on HappyCow. I prayed it would be open and was delighted to find that it was. The owner was absolutely lovely and understood my dietary preferences for vegan food. The menu only had two options, but the lady made me two delicious rice pancakes accompanied by a generous portion of salad and about 8 rice papers to assemble my own spring rolls with. All of this for only 25k! I was impressed by the value and quality of the food.
