Heidi's Brooklyn Deli - Gypsum

The best! Everything is so fresh and delicious ?. We come to Gypsum from Glenwood to shop at Costco and always look forward to eating at Heidi's that day. Yum. Thanks!

Got there 15 minutes before closing and one of the girls working there told us they close on 15 minutes. We said oh, we 'll eat fast and be out of here, no worries. She then said we had to eat outside because they had already cleaned up the tables. We begrudgingly went out in the cold and ate. There was no trashcan outside where she sent us so we put the trash by the door. She then came out and flipped us off and told us not to come back. Great sandwich but terrible customer service. Hope the manager makes this right...

Their sandwiches are absolutely amazing thanks to their freshly baked bread! I especially recommend trying the Rueben and Club sandwiches - they're delicious.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with catty teenage workers. There was a worker who talked and gossiped the entire time and refused to acknowledge my presence. This worker who was by far the worst was i have ever encountered, she is a short, Hispanic girl who thinks the world revolves around her. She had a horrible attitude and carried the company horribly. I refuse to eat here again and I would advise anyone who is thinking of going here to turn away and seek somewhere with nicer workers. Also to top it off the food was bad. Horrible

Overpriced $11 for a 6inch with no flavor. Ordered a blt was bland. Got macaroni for side and it was basically sample size cup has 9 macaroni in it. No drink for the price also. Wouldn't eat here again.
