The Union Inn - Gwynedd

This unique, traditional pub offers some unconventional seating choices, but don't let that deter you. The food here is top-notch with generous portions and fantastic flavor. The staff is friendly and efficient, despite being busy. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and were surprisingly affordable given the quality. The sides of chips, onion rings, and vegetables were all delicious and plentiful. The desserts were also tasty and reasonably priced. We will definitely be returning and recommending this place to others.

We booked the Union Inn for my mother-in-law's 60th birthday and we were not disappointed. Upon entering the pub, we were greeted by a friendly staff member with red hair who led us to our table. The tables were close together, which added to the atmosphere. The food was delicious and fresh, with everyone commenting on how tasty it was. A waitress who had recently returned from a break even went out of her way to make a special vegetable dish for my 19-month-old, which was a lovely touch. The restaurant and pub had a beautiful traditional Welsh feel and we were impressed with the customer service. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning. We had a lovely dinner here during a stay in North Wales. The food was great and the staff were incredibly friendly. We got chatting with a local couple who said they often drove past their two nearest pubs, to visit this one. Our dog loved it too!

The lady who runs this pub is great. the team works seamlessly together. the parts are massive. the beer is lush. the ambiente swings, beautiful that we stopped, the place looked tempting over the street, but we know that we have made the right choice to come here. Six out of five.
