Stopped in Gwinn this am on my way with Smiles on Wheels to Gilbert Elementary. I was amazed that a scratch French bakery is located there. It really is amazing… I loved my egg, bacon, gueyere croissant! Staff very knowledgeable and kind.
Hands down the best bakery I've ever been to, and I'm sure the best one I will ever go to ? great people, great service, shockingly amazing pastries and chocolate ?
Absolutely unbelievable quality, not just for the UP but for the US full stop. Pastries and chocolates made with Parisian precision and a little bit of Up North humor. Can’t wait to see what the owners do next.
