Always delicious food but very very slow on delivery

I called to place an order and was put on hold for 15 minutes. When someone finally answered, they hung up on me. I called back, managed to complete my order, but ended up on hold for another 15 minutes before being disconnected again. I will never eat here again due to their poor customer service.

I ordered a pizza with jalapenos, onions, and green peppers. You are the only place that delivers this far out for me. The pizza was excellent and clearly made with care. It arrived a bit late, but it was the best I’ve had since I started ordering from you.

I recently called this restaurant with some straightforward questions because I wanted to try it out with my family. However, the young man who answered the phone interrupted me twice and answered my questions with sarcasm, providing no helpful information at all. It's clear that this establishment isn't interested in attracting new customers. I can't comment on the food since I couldn't even get the information I needed to place an order.

We just ordered the family special, and it was the best pizza we've had in ages! Thank you!
