You have good food, but very bad customer service. And I say it's not the fault of the workers. They are clearly overwhelmed. There are delays in response time and order. Every time! We see it every time you visit us. You need to do better by getting more hands. It becomes unbearable.
Went to the new branch near the national mosque. Food was super tasty and affordable but service was just horrible. Took forever for the food to arrive even though we booked ahead. When we finished, they said staff had left and they had to go call the cashier for us to pay.
The food was very nice when you have to stop from Abuja you need here and try their masa. this place has a very nice ambience, the food is really amazing and the service is very good. I've been in Abuja for three weeks and I've tried to run several places, but that was really one of the best. The food was deliciously tender with all ordered dishes and all the ingredients were combed together for the perfect result.
