Taco Bell In Spr - gville

Went through drive thru tonight around 8. There was 1 car at the window, and 1 car at the intercom. It took about 3 minutes or so before they ever took the order from the person in front of us. After finally getting their order, we pull up. Young lady asked if we could hold for a moment. 5 minutes later, we still hadnt placed our order. The car that was in front of us, now at the window, finally gets their food and drives off. Only then did they come back on the intercom and ask to take our order. I would have left WAY before then, but once you get in this drive-thru, there's no way to exit except going straight thru. I normally like this location. They ticked me off tonight.

I don’t know what it has been recently, but I always come through the drive-through during my lunch and I’m in the drive-through every time for about 30 minutes. I don’t know who’s taking the order, but they are so sidetracked and not focusing on the drive-through. And Half the time they forget To make my drink and I have to remind them and they take forever to run your card in the car just sitting inside. I’m guessing they have new employees but it’s getting a little.

They forgot to put my chulupa in the delexue craving box! They are always out of baja blast or sweet tea!

I do door dash delivery I've tried several times here and have been patient but the management don't have any concern at all about helping delivery person they are more concerned with the drive through why except a door dash order if you are not going to prepare it it looks like the the manager is overwhelmed or needs more training whatever the case is this place is not alone all restaurants seem to ignore door dash orders as if they are not real customers

The food is always good if they make the order right. I go there 4 times a week and love it but they don’t know how to read online orders. I’ve placed the same order for over 4 months paying for extra meat on my chalupa. No matter how many times you tell them it has both beef and steak they still won’t apply it. They even acknowledge that it tells them to put both and nothing. If you go there past 7pm good luck getting the right food. Other than that fantastic all the way around. Hope the staff gets better at night.
