Now, onto the vegan options: three members of our party are vegan. Two of them ordered the house dinner salad without cheese, garlic bread, or egg, opting for raspberry balsamic dressing. What they received was closer to a side salad than a full meal for the $10 price, and it was served with regular house balsamic dressing instead. The salad was primarily iceberg lettuce with just eight cherry tomatoes, four cucumber slices, and two slices of green pepper—definitely not worth $10. They also ordered two veggie burgers, each with a side of thick, hot onion rings that had a nice batter-to-onion ratio. However, the veggie burgers were the worst we’ve ever had—stale red onion gave off a lingering bad breath smell for three days, and the lettuce was limp. To make matters worse, the waitress forgot to bring ketchup and mustard, so we had to sneak some from a vacant table. It also seemed like there was a napkin shortage. We had a vegan kid in our group, and the restaurant’s menu had no options for them aside from French fries, onion rings, or steamed veggies. The prime rib plate included beautifully steamed vegetables, but the side of veggies for the kid looked mushy, discolored, and as if it had been scraped from the bottom of a pan. Understandably, the kid refused to try them! Overall, we were really disappointed—not just with what we paid but also with the lack of alternative options. It was a sad experience.

It was a decent experience. They offer a great menu with a fantastic selection of beers at the bar. However, there was no air conditioning, so the windows were open, and we dealt with quite a few flies. Sitting on the patio would have been a better choice, as it would have been cooler. The service was a bit slow, and our order was also incorrect.

My husband and I have visited this restaurant multiple times without any issues; however, during our last two visits, we both experienced food poisoning. We ordered the Ribeye and baked potato each time, but something was clearly off. Unfortunately, we won't be returning anytime soon.

The front desk clerk at our hotel recommended this restaurant and now we know why! The food was delicious and the service was good too. We especially recommend the nachos!

Such a wonderful place for classic American food! The staff were super nice and the food was delicious. Cool decorations as well.
