I've visited this restaurant several times, and the staff is consistently friendly and genuinely happy to be there, eager to serve you. However, I've noticed that they often forget something in my order. I recommend double-checking your bag before you leave. The food here is quite good. While I’m not particularly a fan of chicken, I believe it wouldn't be fair to judge the restaurant solely from my personal preferences. For my meal, I got takeout for lunch, and it cost around $10–20. I would rate the food a 4 out of 5, the service also a 4, and the atmosphere a 3.

Absolutely terrible! I just moved here and I'm a big fan of Chicken-E, so I was really looking forward to trying this location. Unfortunately, I hope this was just a one-time bad experience. I ordered a four-tender dinner with fries and okra. The fries and okra were barely warm, but the chicken was clearly over-fried; it was more like jerky than tender chicken. The meat inside the crust was more gray than white, making it completely inedible. The Chicken-E website claims their food is "Always Fresh," but that wasn't the case here.
