Taco Bell - Gulfport

The counter and tables were dirty. The refried beans were dried out. I won't be back.

I saw a commercial for the new menu items and decided to try the triple layer nachos. They were quite good, featuring beans, cheese, and red sauce. I would definitely order them again. I overheard a customer expressing dissatisfaction with the cheese roll-up, claiming it was just a tortilla with cheese. However, I was very pleased with my choice.

Last night, I went to the restaurant around 12:15–12:20, but they told me they couldn't serve me because they claimed they were out of certain meats. I ordered a steak or ham, but they said I would have to pay extra for those options. It seemed like they really didn't want to serve me at all. This morning, I called when they opened at 11 to check if they had restocked and to see if they were still out of the meat. The staff told me they weren't out of those options anymore. It seems like they just didn't want to accommodate my order last night.

The service after 11 PM was definitely not great. I encountered multiple instances where my requests were met with a simple "no" without any explanation, which left me quite confused. I did ask for no sour cream on my friend’s order, and that part was handled correctly. However, I was disappointed that my bark melt was neither chewy nor crispy.

When I asked for a small cup of meat for the tacos, I felt it should have been provided without having to ask. This is a place that seems more focused on speed rather than quality, portion sizes, or customer satisfaction. I would have given 1 star because there’s no option for negative 5.
