As for accessibility, getting up the front steps in a wheelchair could be difficult. However, there are alternative access points in the back or across the street in an open area.

I visited on a Saturday during lunch, and there was no need for reservations, but I can imagine it gets busy on weekend nights, so I’d suggest making a reservation. My server, Becky, was fantastic—so friendly and helpful, especially since it was my first time there. She recommended the shrimp scampi and even adjusted the sauce to accommodate my dietary restrictions. The food was absolutely amazing. The homemade pasta is in a league of its own! I was pleasantly surprised by the generous amount and size of the shrimp, and the flavors were just perfect. For fellow carb lovers, know that there isn’t complimentary bread (since everything here is homemade and fresh), but I highly recommend ordering their homemade bread. It’s incredibly soft and fluffy inside with a perfect toasty crust on the outside. Overall, I strongly recommend checking out Pia’s. I was hesitant to write this review because I know it might draw in more customers, leading to longer waits for me, but the people here are wonderful, and the food is absolutely worth it. If you’re still with me, pull up Google Maps and grab your keys—you won’t regret it!

Not our first time or our last. Pias is by far one of the best Italian in Pinellas County. The interior vibe is fun and colorful. Parking: It's Gulfport, first come first serve. Be prepared to walk this charming beach town

Great atmosphere whether inside or on the covered patio. Food is great and reasonably priced. Wait staff always very friendly. The chef is very accommodating to food allergies. Dietary restrictions: The chef created a garlic/butter sauce garnish as a substitute for the regular garnish due to food allergies.
