Mcdonald's - Gulfport

On Saturday afternoon we stopped for lunch and everything went well after we had ordered that I went to the ketchup dispensers, and noticed that you almost saw discolored ketchup orange as it contained Mayo). I showed the cashier and she made a face and said Eew! She told the manager. His answer is what really caught me. He turns and throws about eight ketchup packs on the counter and goes off. I told him the other donor was good, but my concern was that someone would get sick when they ate the discolored ketchup. He never commented or seemed worried at any point. For the next fifteen minutes we ate beside the donors and at no time did he or someone else even come and looked at the problem. This is not acceptable, and I hope you will take care of it. I worked in the service industry and was shocked that he never recognized the problem. I'm also a McDonald's warehousekeeper, and I don't want anything free in response to this complaint. I just hope that you will take care of an obvious problem and possibly prevent someone from getting sick. *I also have pictures of the ketchup if you want to see them. Thank you for your time....

Quick friendly convenient tasty! Had a tast for something yummy. Had to get that hot spicy chicken sandwich.

McDonald's food is okay, but sometimes the French fries aren't as hot as they should! And often prepare the wrong items and bring you to the customers or do jobs wrong. Their prices are also enormously high!

I ordered the bogo for a dollar mcdouble medium fries and mediumdrink. Instead I got two regular cheeseburger middle pommes and a child drink. it took it back and manager had this job and tried to fix my order properly. he didn't give me my pommes when I asked him to have an employment, but I got my pommes. I drank my medium. people, if they're in almost food, whether they're a crew member or manager and they just need to find this bad attitude please for the eternal dear gods something else
