First Harvest Produce - Gulfport

This location is no longer First Harvest Produce. It has been transformed into a lovely meat market with a wide variety of options.

I will never return to this restaurant. I called on Wednesday to order a turkey breast, and they assured me they would place the order and call me back. By Thursday, I hadn't received a call, so I called them and learned that the order was placed and would arrive on Friday. I went in on Saturday to pick it up, only to be told it wasn't there and might arrive on Monday. When I decided to cancel my order, the employee yelled at me! Additionally, many patrons were not wearing masks, which was concerning. I found a much better place for our meat now.

WOW! We needed lunch for 40 Florida Tech baseball players and staff while the team was in St. Pete playing Eckerd College, and First Harvest came through with the most delicious Italian sub sandwiches and a side of pasta salad! Everything, from the Boar's Head meats to the fresh lettuce, tomato, and onion, was top-notch! Each sandwich was individually wrapped and packed in portable containers, making them easy to serve. I would definitely recommend First Harvest again! Thank you, Amber and the team, for providing such a healthy and fresh lunch! Best of all, we won the game!

The young man who assisted me in finding what I needed was both friendly and courteous, as was the young man at the register. The store was very clean, and I would definitely recommend it.

I visited the restaurant hoping to find locally grown romaine lettuce, but unfortunately, they didn't have any. However, they did stock local Ruskin tomatoes. They definitely need to expand their product selection. Additionally, the deli setup is quite unusual; it's tucked away and you can’t see the meats, cheeses, or the slicing process, which is a bit off-putting.
