He had to be told to give me my food that was just sitting there (so I assumed it may have been for someone behind me). He handed me my bag of food and as he was handing me my drink, has the nerve to say “bye. Now hurry up and pull off” … when I confronted him, he claimed he was talking to the other guy beside him, lol. I guess! Plz find better people to work your window !!!!!
This is the WORST location in Gulfport! I have been to this location four times in the past six months and EVERY SINGLE TIME there has been an issue with my order; either something is completely missing from the order or it is made incorrectly. Nobody ever answers the phone and the customer service is non-existent. Someone is always rolling their eyes or putting the blame for the mess up on another staff member. No apologies, just attitude for coming back to get what I paid for in the first place.
I was the only person in drive thru and they still made me pull past the last window . If you're worried about your window time then get better at your job don't inconvenience customers
It used to be a excellent place to get a good hot food and now it’s terrible! You have to 20 to 30 minutes for a burger that cold and it tastes old and hard to eat. The burger taste like cardboard now. The customer service isn’t any better. So it’s like this all the time no more from there I gave it a chance many times and it’s the same. Waste of money!
The sandwich was cold, and I asked for no mayo and to add mustard... I actually got no ketchup or mustard. Had to pull up to wait (why) asked for ketchup and mustard packs. The little guy said ok, BUT NEVER returned. My son had to go into the lobby. Will not eat from there again.
