I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was rude, condescending, and insulting, showing a complete lack of understanding of how to interact with customers. The space is quite small, so it was hard not to overhear them treating other patrons in the same disrespectful manner. What surprised me the most was that the owner was the worst of them all, constantly making sarcastic remarks. I rarely complain, but this experience was so troubling that it felt embarrassing. Given the numerous other negative reviews about this place, it seems this rudeness is not an isolated incident; it's a consistent issue.

Simon is an absolute delight! The beignets are incredible—soft and warm in the middle. There’s nothing quite like enjoying them with an iced coffee to kickstart your day. But the real highlight here is Simon himself! This place is truly a gem. I will definitely return before leaving town... Thank you, Simon!

They are huge, steaming hot, light and fluffy with a crispy exterior and a soft, pillowy interior. Just as it should be, each one is generously dusted with a full cup of powdered sugar. The restaurant itself is conveniently located, yet it maintains a quiet and cozy atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a treat. It has a genuine local feel. The staff were the friendliest I’ve encountered in any tourist area—very attentive and eager to help. You could really tell that one of the workers genuinely enjoyed his job. I would rate this experience a perfect 10/10—it’s a must-try!
