How does a sandwich shop run out of bread?!?! Had to cancel our order or wait over an hour for more bread. Really???

“Freaky Fast Service” by Jimmy Johns standards absolutely does not apply at this location. I’ve never had to wait as long as I have at any Jimmy Johns location across the US. It’s a good thing my wife loves this place or I would never go back. The gentlemen helping me explained he wasn’t able to swap my sandwiches because of the cost (identical cost) so ended up buying another sandwich. The wait time was equivalent to a restaurant that requires a reservation. Pretty disappointed overall.

Absolutely dump service took 30 minutes for two subs we walked out. Line our the door.

After a poor experience several weeks ago, I decided to try Jimmy John’s again. They say they have “freaky fast delivery” but this location does not. This is the second time it has taken almost an hour for my sandwich to be delivered. I received notification in their website that my order was confirmed at 10:46 this morning. I called at 11:24 and was told it was out for delivery. My place of employment is not far from this location, but I still have not received my order. I am given an hour for lunch, but at this rate it won’t arrive until my hour is up. It will a long time, if ever, before I order from this location again.
