Who tries to decide whether to take a meal from here should not look further. I had a phenomenal experience and it was all thanks to the friendliness of two employees under the name Robbie and Caleb. They were extremely knowledgeable about the menu and made my order Blitz fast. Robbie I found out later that it has moved to the Navarra site since then, but regardless of all the staff I met here were simply amazing. Thanks Tropical Smoothie!

I was here for the first time and I'm definitely back. The staff is very friendly and helped me decide what to order. Great job

I?d give 0 stars if I could after today?s experience. It took 20 minutes of standing in line before my order was taken. There was only 1 person in front of me. After placing order of 1 smoothie and 1 wrap, it took another 35 minutes to serve my order. I was there for 1 HOUR. It?s a beautiful Saturday, so it was busy, but the real issue was how understaffed they were. There were 2 workers present and one decided she needed to take her break while there was a long queue on both smoothies and food, so the other person was left to do everything by herself. She couldn?t keep up with online orders, so those of us in the store were put on the back burner. The owners should be there to help run things if they don?t have enough workers. I will never return to this location. I?ll go to Chick-fil-A across the street the next time I need food on the way to the beach.
