Fuji Steak House Sushi - Gulf Breeze

This has been my favorite sushi place for years. My kids ask to come back every year for their birthday too. The staff is always so friendly and the owners recognize me and ask about my family. My youngest always gets her favorite, teriyaki chicken and my older kids and I get sushi (not the kind without seafood-the real stuff). The Pensacola Roll and Spicy Tuna Roll are some of our favorites. Their seafood is extremely fresh and the sushi chef is so talented. This is a wonderful, locally owned, family business and I hope we can all support them and keep them in business.

I have driven past this place too many times. Don't make the same mistake. Excellent and affordable. Far superior lunch for less than you would pay at firehouse subs, or Panera's.

Amazing reviews for this place....but none are recent. We went there last night and will not be visiting here again. Ordered cowboy roll, terrible. Steak was overcooked and very tough side the roll. Also ordered the dumplings for an app, they were also overcooked and hard as little rocks. Then the main course, wife got the chicken Teriyaki chicken, she left it on the plate....no flavor and not a good look being served in a military plate with all the side dishes in their little compartments on the plate. My General chicken was left behind also. Overall feeling of not a clean environment also, sticky tables and strange odor in the air.

The best sushi in town! This place looks like a hole in the wall, but it surprised us about how good it was. They have all you can eat sushi for $22 and it was well worth it. The workers were extremely friendly and service was quick. Check this place out!

After living in the area for four years and passing this restaurant many times, my family and I decided to try it out. It was amazing!! Everything we tried was excellent! Sushi was fabulous! Soft shell crab was to die for and the soup was amazing!! We can't wait to go back! (Probably tomorrow!! I highly recommend this restaurant!
