Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Gulf Breeze

I have never received the correct order in the two years I have been going to this restaurant. Their service is terrible.

I had the pork burned end cum with maic taters. it was delicious. 3 stars because we got there a few milbes before 8 and quickly advused them closed around 8. online said they closed at 9, working hours sign on the door said 9 too. we were glad that they took care of us, but obviously we have eaten our evenings laboriously. there were seven of us and we would have been very disappointed.

I am giving this restaurant a 4-star rating today with the hope of returning and giving it a 5-star rating. This was my first time visiting the Gulf Breeze location and I was disappointed to find that they only had Pulled Pork, chicken, or Sausage on the menu. I ended up ordering a Pulled Pork sandwich, despite my disappointment. The two employees seemed inexperienced but managed to get through the order. When I checked my food before leaving, I was disappointed to see that my sandwich was made with toasted sliced white bread instead of the Ciabatta bread it should have been on, as they had run out of supply. It was a terrible experience, but we will try again in the future, just not anytime soon. I was really hoping for Brisket or Ribs at a BBQ place. The ice cream at this location is definitely better than the one in Pensacola. It seemed like there was maybe an interview taking place and perhaps the person responsible for the supply list was let go. (?) (?)

This place is horrible every time I order they are out of something one time they said they were out of meat … no sauce which makes the food dry everything about this place is just bad this is the second time I ordered and both times horrible experience

I placed an online order at 8 p.m. to pick up at 8:45 p.m. I paid with my credit card and downloaded the tracker app. When it said the food was being inspected, I left my house. When I arrived at the restaurant, it was closed and a sign on the window said the had new hours and closed at 8 p.m. There were people inside cleaning, so I knocked on the door and had to wait a while before they came to the door. While I have understood the reason why, I wasn’t leaving until I talked with someone about getting a refund. The young girl told me I would have to call corporate I’m the morning. I asked for the managers name and phone number because I had no proof i didn’t receive my order. At that point another girl came to the door and said something rude. I asked for her name and she refused to give it. Then a young man came out with his hand held computer, located my order and said he credited it back to my account. I told him I didn’t appreciate the girls attitudes and they needed to work on customer service. I told them I wouldn’t be back because of it. The one girl said “Good.” I asked for her name again but she refused to give it. By this time, it was after 9 p.m. and I still had to find dinner for my family. We ended up at Wendy’s where the customer service went above and beyond expectations. It was also $30 less expensive. Ou
