A little more waiting in the kitchen but very good. If you are in a hurry to get all the gratins ready or in sauce.

Very disappointed, the semoule of couscous was glue, too cooked, marinate not cooked and a flat for vegetables!. Or is the cook before the pandemic who made us a quality couscous or we were pleased to come and enjoy this dish.

Not much choice on the entrance buffet. I think I've known better in the past. The meat was very good. Not exceptional accompaniments. The cafeteria still keeps a good enough value for money.

Aromatized but not very hot at the end of the plate, cime of green beans, crunchy fries desired. Coffee and well prepared burnt cream.
