Camping Los Galayos - Guisando

This weekend I have been on the campsite and the truth is that I have been disappointed a little. Staff friendliness does not complement staff deficiencies. The room is a small thing, the truth is that it's what I hired, but maybe a little smaller than I expected. In the room there were only the beds (one was bunk) and a chair, there is no more room, no table or anything, which is outside. The beds are comfortable, but going up to the bunk is not easy task, you have to go under the crest that supports the bed and I was going to hand myself to the wall on the back while I was going to climb. the room is quite cold, even if the room is small, the heating is insufficient. the frozen floor and the bathroom even more. I had the bad luck that in the shower there was a hot water yarn only at first, but it seems that it was arranged later. the night was a small supplication, there was a lot of noise and the branches of the chestnut that have next to the side hit the roof of the cabin, not counting the blows that gave the window, because one of the leaves has taken it away and cannot be blocked, so sometimes with the wind gave a few blows that even shook the cabin. And of course, if you're upset about the morning light, you know there's a leaf missing and it's coming from dawn. The bar service was good, and the food was good too. many things to improve from my point of view. I hope they fix it because the place is nice.

It has been disastrous, the bathrooms do not have locks on the doors, nor toilet paper, you cannot shower because the cold water does not work and the hot water burns. They do not advise that there is no drinking water and the restaurant was closed. The power went out and there were no generators and no one to ask. All dirty with debris and bags. The camping area, sparse and paved. For what they offer very expensive and unhealthy

A very well located site with potential, but totally wasted They turn off the water at certain times of the day so you have to go downstairs to take a shower in the showers at the bar, where they charge you for hot water. But when that water is cut off, they also cut off the water from the bathroom taps and the toilets, making the whole bathroom smell bad all day For the electricity they charge you for, you need a special socket that they give you (and they charge you for it, of course). There is no drinking water there, you have to go down to a fountain that is 1km away because the bar does not want to refill your canteens Cleanliness 0. The bathrooms even had brown stains on the floor and your finger stuck when pulling the cistern. The showers were absolutely disgusting, feeling dirtier after taking a shower than before. And of course, having toilet paper or hand soap is science fiction. In summary, it does not meet any basic service The reception closed most of the day and no control over anything A real shame because the site is beautiful, but it is very wasteful. We will not return because it is more profitable for us to camp for free in the field

We arrived at 4:37 p.m. and the reception was closed even though it closed at 5 p.m. We asked at the bar and they told us that the receptionist was eating. To go up to the plots they do not tell you anything, they just tell you to go up and choose the one you want. The bathrooms smell terrible and there is no paper in more than one of them. To make matters worse, at 8:00 p.m. we go down to dinner and they tell us that they are closing now. In short, a spectacular business vision. The plots are totally abandoned. The trees eat you up and cleanliness is conspicuous by its absence. We are not going back.

The campsite is small but cozy, it has a restaurant bar and the bungalow has a beautiful natural pond, highly recommended Rooms: 4 Service: 3 Location: 5
