A place where we go to eat, experiment and savor. We don´t choose! We eat and drink all that we can, very well cooked, with more then ten plates (and I eat all!!! . A different place for adventure. And a excellent experience too! Not for a couple, not romantic, simple, rustic and like very few in Portugal, in the Europe and in the World! Food and drinks included!!!! you paid the entire meal. There isn´t a list. There are food!!! And a regional wine that is impossible to buy in a supermarket

While preparing for our trip I had marked this place as a must go! One needs to be prepared for this, you can not just get there by chance. Locals know it and absolutely love it. We went there by lunch time on a workday. There were two halls in two different buildings with tables crowded with portugese hungry people, who all got there to have a delicious budget lunch. We waited for some time as people eat quickly and go. While we were seated we found out that ther is no menu, just the guy who is serving you who tells you what is there for lunch. That was just fine! We had some starters and a typical portugese sausage and some potatoes and home made bread. Onions with red wine and salt was a surpris! Try it, definitely! All was delicious! Go there with cash, as they do not accept credit cards!
