Forte's Gourmet Market - Guilford

The service here is excellent, and the food is of high quality. I've sampled various dishes on several occasions, and each time I was impressed, whether it was the prepared meats, soups, or sandwiches. It's a great spot to return to and keep exploring the menu; you’re sure to find something you like. I will definitely be back!

The food is tasty and the location is convenient, but unfortunately, the service is so poor that I can't recommend this place. There's rarely anyone at the counter, there's no clear line, and the staff seems clueless about who has been served or if they're even using the ticket system today. You could find yourself waiting for twenty minutes before someone comes to take your order. I suggest visiting the Marketplace or Cilantro instead; they really know how to run a business and provide a much better experience.

Although they didn’t have the first dish we wanted, what we ended up getting was outstanding. The bread was freshly grilled and delicious! The marinated grilled chicken was perfect. We also enjoyed fresh pesto and one of the most refreshing garden salads we've had. The meat selection looked amazing, and I noticed there were many pre-orders, so calling ahead seems like a smart choice for next time! It’s definitely worth any wait. Yum! Thank you for a wonderful dinner!

It?s truly disappointing that the food here is great but the service is terrible? I have been here several times and I got decent service once?. I stood in this store waiting to order while one person helped one customer and three other employees justignored me? if you want a sandwich go to Deli Unlimitted

Love that they have a large selection to choose from for whatever type of sandwich you?re looking for. Got the pesto chicken on a hard roll. I felt it was missing something and the lettuce took away from the pesto itself. But overall the chicken was juicyand had a good flavor.
