Entry seemed like an overload of the staff at the reception, which is behind the writing around, that the staff was friendly. *waiting staff* our waitress was called sea. beautiful, sweet and polite from Thailand but not very confident and appeared very nervous to time. did not explain the process what is to be expected and had to clarify with it several times how the order of the meal worked and even after several attempts we were not clear yet on the menu and ordering process. sea managed to answer our questions about certain elements on the menu and recommended dinge to try to grow their trust in this area. we are, however, the opinion that a high-end restaurant would train its employees that if a customer is not sure what to order or is uncertain what certain options are that it is best to practice to ask about the customers like in relation to food, prefer them meat, fish, vegetables? Like they are dressed? if so much recommended the waiter who would ask this Instead, we fought to subjugate some of the decisions while the waitress stood for a long time, nothing to say what a feeling, something to choose, for taking too much time. management to spoke 2 floor manager a male one female who were professional and very interactiw with the customers good entertainment. her anesthesia was obvious, but not insulting, because she was not dressed in the restaurants uniform, but cleverly dressed in professional clothing.

Warm welcome from the whole team from the doorman to runners. Knowledgeable, friendly, able to recommend and explain dishes in detail. Drinks were excellent, food and presentation even better. Thank you for a great experience, we will definitely be coming back soon!

The interior of this restaurant is STUNNING! I dined with my husband and we had a great time. The restaurant was really buzzy, the servers attentive and the food was really good. The finer details such as presentation, garnishes and accompaniments were second to none. My personal favourites were the seared scallops, the black cod with miso and the soft shelled crab. My husband who has a spicy pallette really enjoyed the beef tataki and the spicy beef with lettuce wraps. There were a good selection of desserts to end the meal and the samurai was really good as was the presentation. Overall, a great dining experience and one restaurant i would keep in mind for a celebration in the future.
