Restaurante O Teodósio - Guia

I stayed in the Algarve for 7 nights and visited this place 3 times it's so good. The 1/2 chicken probably isn't enough if you're hungry but get the pork steaks too and you won't be disappointed. However for me the highlight is the tomato salad, now I don't even really like tomatoes but they managed to get some incredible flavour into them with oregano and olive oil. Just amazing. Must visit if you're staying in Guia or surrounding areas.

My family and friends had dinner here. We heard it was very good, but it did not live up to expectations, perhaps you had to be Portuguese to get good service? We found the food to be good but certainly nothing special. The waiting staff seemed highly trained in NOT smiling and looking fed up. Overall, very average experience.

This place opened at 6:30pm at night, but when we get there right on time, people are already sitting down and waiting for foods. If you come after 7pm, probably is hard to get a table and FYI they are not taking any reservations. Nice foods, for two persons, we ordered 1.5chicken. It’s completely enough for couples .

Have been here many time as love the flavour and food that they serve. If your looking for fancy food don’t bother. This is simple tasty food. Quick and tasty. Yes it gets busy so expect to wait if you turn up later. It’s is what it is to be honest. Staff quick and efficient not trying to sell you things you don’t want.

Excellent chicken delivered extremely quickly by very able waiters,has other dishes on menu but not seen anybody having them
