Popeyes Chicken & Seafood - Guelph

We went to the drive through late Monday night as my son wanted a quick bite after his exam.

I've been going to this store for the last 4 yearsBut I'm extremely disappointed with the service I got yesterday.

This place is horrid. You place a order for delivery. Hour & a half later.. the food is no where. Call. They say.. it should have been there by now. We will send it right out again. Almost a hour later..no food. Call again. Listen to a pile of dog dung.. we do not know when the driver will be back. Ask for the manager. Listen to her lies upon lies. You gave us the wrong address. No, we did not. Oh, the driver got the wrong address. The girl taking the order got it wrong. Do you still want the food. We are just making it.. now! Almost three hours later. Uh, no. Never order or buy from the Woodlawn Popeyes again. They are the worst liers & will not admit or make up for Thier Mistakes ! Order at another popeye's. Not this one. Can see why it has the worse reviews & stars. Disgrace. Worst popeyes in Guelph & it was not even Busy. No Way. This one will go down.

Service was excellent, food came out quick, chicken fries and biscuit well prepared and delicious. Good portion sizes. Busy place, that says a lot. Have seen a lot of advertising for this chain, and they live up to the hype. Not a date experience, not set up for groups really. Just good food quick. Clean restaurant. Would do it again. Meals about 10 dollars a person.

$9 for 3 spicy tenders, rice/beans and a biscuit with a Coke Zero...First time i have eaten at a Popeyes in about 15 years - It was very good, only issue was the tenders had been sitting under a heat lamp and were a little dried out - But very good flavor - The biscuit was awesome and the rice and beans were very good also..The young girl who took my order was very nice as well - Good service that was fast.Dont think id get the Black Ranch sauce again it was a little too rich for my taste.Ill be sure to try it again on the way back from our cottage, as its on the way very easy access to this location.
