Manhattans - Guelph

The food, the service and the music were great. but we were pushed into a small space where we began to feel that the table was next to us. the noise level was unpleasant. the people cried together to be heard. I know it's the holidays season, but the ambiente we expect at manhattan was lost by overcrowding.

The eating was cold and had to go back several times due to the server and/or the kitchen that forget allergies. was not informed that the table was only for 2 hours and was withdrawn by the owner to leave the table. the food took a long time to get out (and it was cold when it did and mistakes) that contributed to the long evening meal. the other owner explained that the 2 hours limit was in the table reservation that it is not. if they don't know about anything, they don't tell their customers that it's an actual thing that all credibility is lost. it is also not specified on the website. there are many other more pleasant possibilities that would have been used to let us know that another table comes and at what time that was more customer-friendly than the supplied.

Always a good evening in manhattans. Live music and excellent eating. good drinks! the winter menu is a winner and will bring me back soon.

Great atmosphere and quality jazz musicianship all four times I’ve been there. Friendly staff that almost feel like friends now. Great food and have made some friends while in the restaurant
