If you want chicken that is greasy and dry plus the pcs were so small it’s a jokeOut of 8 pcs 2 could be considered ok the others were Patric I don’t know how kfc can even justify serving such small pcs of chickenShould have gone to Popeyes or church’s at least then my family would have had a decent mealNeedless to say kfc has lost a customer for good

The staff was incredibly friendly. I had to wait for my plant-based chicken sandwich, but it didn't bother me at all. They were very nice and apologetic when they brought it to my car.

The chicken was cold and clammy, and the fries were a congealed mess with no salt. I went twice, and both experiences were the same. The restaurant often has a sewer-like smell, is understaffed, and they don’t provide receipts unless you ask—sometimes they respond with attitude when you do. On my last visit, I waited 10 minutes for just two small sliders, and they were awful. The bread was dry and crumbled apart, with way too much mayo, which seemed like an attempt to mask the unappetizing chicken—if you can even call it that—seeming more like gray matter from being cooked in old oil multiple times. In short, avoid this place unless you enjoy terrible food and stomach issues.

The drive-thru wait at this KFC is always excessively long. Since it opened, I've consistently experienced delays. The food is poorly cooked and seems to be fried in old oil, leading to a greasy and unappetizing meal. The customer service is equally disappointing; they don’t provide receipts and have even called me a liar when I’ve requested one. The staff, particularly Neha and an older overweight woman, display unprofessional behavior and should be let go. They have never offered a refund for the unsatisfactory food I received.
