Burger King - Guelph

Servce in this place is ok, but the staff could be a little more friendly. If all I want is fast food, burger or chicken then this is as good as anywhere else in town.

Yuck, pop was warm, really warm, and the machine gave no ice to cool it with. How can a burger joint be open with 2 key flaws such as this basic element. Not happy with my drink at all. No napkins out. Cmon man, wanted to give more stars but NO NAPKINS !! You are a restaurant with no ice and no napkins. WOW. On the plus size, there are a few new recruits, they finally found some new folks who could work with unpleasant manager. SO I got my food quickly. The burger was OK, but should the cold ingredients not be cool and the hot ingredients hot. Lettuce felt and tasted boiled? I have nothing bad to say about the fries and this time they even had ketchup. Some day Burger King you will pull it all together and be as good as 16 year old me (in 1984) remembers. See you again.

I am shocked this place is still open. I don't write bad reviews, this place is a disaster. Staff are inept, service is beyond slow. Washrooms are disgusting. It's an absolute disaster, almost comical if not an actual restaurant. Never......repeat....Never! Going back. Stay far away.

Cold food most of the time. Sfaff are stressed and not working as a team. Outbursts in front of customers. Couple bad eggs spoiling the unity. Too many onions on hamburgers. Sometimes too few fries. Stopped providing free Toronto Sun. Pop can be flat. Can run out of pop, napkins, ketchup and ketchup cups during peak times. Looking for employees but I'll pass.
