Bori Vegan - Guaynabo

Great menu and they offer a daily special. The food is so flavorful!! We've had they Christmas Daily special, which was pasteles (like a tamale, but so much tastier and has so much more flavor) and came with rice w/pigeon peas... we've had their burrito (wow!! So much deliscious flavor! .. the hummus (YUM!! .. everything is deliscious!!!

The restaurant is out of business. The owner relocated to Berlin Germany.

We ended up at the Guaynabo location on this trip because the main location didn’t have power due to the earthquakes. I had the lentil/pumpkin soup with the quesadillas. The latter was good but could have used some kind of cheese element inside to meet expectations. But I loved them as they were. My friend has the quinoa bowl with greens which was good. I had the baklava which was good but the one we had earlier in the week at El Punto Vegano was richer. Moderate prices.

There were so many great sounding options on the menu that I had trouble making a decision. I loved the daily special and nachos. The portion sizes are large. The food is delicious!

BoriVegan has a lot of options on their menu! Their daily special is always delicious and all of their ingredients are healthy and nutritious.
