Guatemala is known for its cocoa production, but unfortunately good chocolate tablets are hard to find at the supermarket. Instead, they mainly offer American Hershey's chocolate. I complained about this until they offered me a box of twenty chocolates from Danta Chocolate. Wow! These chocolates are refined, delicious, and tasty. Made with Guatemalan cocoa (which is rare in the world of chocolate), they have already gained international recognition among experts. My favorites included the chocolate infused with Ron Zacapa Centenario rum, the refreshing mint and sea salt, the raspberry, orange blossom, and dark chocolate in heart-shaped form. I still need to try the chili and fat pepper chocolates. I will have to eat all the white chocolates so that they last longer.
