Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Guasti

On 10/11 around 6 pm. I'm disappointed with the service from the two ladies, specifically the Hispanic and African American workers. They mixed up my order with a DoorDash order. When I politely pointed out the missing items, they insisted the fries were in the bag. After double-checking and returning to the counter, the lady was rude, claiming they were sure about the fries. I asked her to check for herself, but she never apologized. Eventually, the DoorDash driver returned with our fries. Despite a $100+ order, the service lacked courtesy, and I won't be returning.she sounded annoyed before all of that because i asked for some plates and sauces. Their attitude may hinder their success in the long run.hope they are enjoying being rude to their customers.

We were promptly greeted by Andrew immediately upon arrival. He was cheerful and patient as each person in my party ordered separately.He did not even seem bothered that I asked him to upgrade the drinks to the frozen lemonade, even though he had to reopen the order and go back in to manually delete them.I appreciate him and all the associates there who helped us and provided courteous service. He even checked on us to see if we liked the food.All the food was correct in the order. The chicken sandwich was tasty and fresh; the 2 piece meal was wonderful fresh, crispy chicken served piping hot with creamy mashed potatoes and flavorful gravy. The wings were saucy and sweet with a mild hint of heat, and the chicken tenders were light and crispy. Even the fries were hot and crispy. Everything here was good, and we all enjoyed the pleasant helpfulness of the staff.I wondered about the mid Google Maps rating but overheard another customer telling the associate that the new cook is excellent. He said that the food previously was not up to the present high standard. His exact words were, The food is on point! Rest assured, the food and service we received was of the highest quality.Be advised that this restaurant is located within a truck stop, and other restaurants share the dining area.The truck stop is bright and clean, and I saw families and kids. Trucks park in the back. The whole place was quiet for a Saturday and we enjoyed eating in the restaurant.P.S. We drove out of our way to get to this Popeye 's because the first one did not have an A from the health department, and it was well worth the drive. Thankfully, this one does have an A !P.P.S. The food looks much better in person. I took the pictures on an Android phone, lol.
