So we order a family meal, with extra sides extra salad extra macaroni and we receive less no macaroni and “cold” food the only warm food was the mashed potatoes and rice. We called multiple times and was hung up on. We also tried to call customer service but they were closed. We do have the general managers name now, but that will wait until the morning time until further investigation. It’s not right to serve cold food when it’s supposed to be “hot”!
Ebt hot foods accepted here.Great customer service from the young man at the counter, did not make me or anyone else that was using the program feel like we're below society like some of the other restaurants that accept the program.Rare to see and receive great customer service especially from the service workers of today. Praise YAHUAH the LORD!!
Takes long, and prices are usually higher here than other pollo locos, which are not far from here. Kinda
Always liked El Pollo loco food, that being said, it is always the service that is poor. Went to store 3283 at 668 West Holt boulevard in Ontario California today, and another bad occurrence. Was picking up our order and asked male employee for a couple extra hot sauces and a couple salad dressings as we had two salads that was included in our meals. He said sure and stuck them in the bag. As I picked up our order to go,a girl at the register out of the nowhere started saying that it's extra money for the salad dressing. I told her that where I live they never charged for salad dressing. She flippantly told me that's where you live that's not here. My guest became livid and wanted me to leave the order and get a refund, but I went ahead and took our order. When she said that, the guy that was helping me told her next time. If there was an extra charge for salad dressing, it would have been proper for the guy to have told me ahead of time that it was. But he didn't say anything and said sure and handed me the extra hot sauce and salad dressing that I had asked for. It was very rude for her to just intrude in our conversation and tell me that. And believe me I would have never paid extra for it. if she had insisted I pay for salad dressing for my salads I would have wanted a refund myself. But in all fairness the food was good as usual, just bad service.
I am here locally to do some training with my new company. I went to another EL Pollo Loco in the area and was extremely disappointed with the service and the food. So I went on yelp and looked to find this owner operated El Pollo Loco with great reviews. So I drove an extra 15 minutes to got Exactly what I would expect from a El Pollo Loco. Thank you for the awesome food and service. It’s much appreciated.
