Applebee´s - Guanajuato

Very nice place, had to say better menu than the ever-changing manu in the USA, still has some of the original menu items that died 10 years ago.

Food is great, service is super slow! You take your order pretty fast, but to deliver your food to the table takes at least 30 minutes. Or more. I don't like that!

The service is getting better again. You put one of the old waiters back. Welcome back Arturo! The previous visit was the worst service I had on any Applebees. I updated the reviews on 3 stars.

Food is ok depends on the preparation of food this day. the burgers are not ground beef instead are like frozen thin imitation meat slices. As a rule, buffalo wings, tortilla soup or chicken and shrimp are good. The staff is friendly. Go to Mexican food when you're in Mexico, it's the best.

If you are coming to Holiday Inn in silao and you have other option to eat, do it, food here is decent, a little pricy but service sucks, waiters take 5 min to bring you a simple drink, the cups stink to dirty dishes water, food takes around 15-20 minutes (if they have few people). I stay in the hotel next door every week and unfortunately I have to eat here some times, once they even brought me a different steak from what I ordered saying that it was the one I asked for... So disappointed. Try to avoid this place if you can
