Sibarita Pizzeria - Guadalajara

After four days nothing but Mexican food we decided it was time for a change. this place is a jewel. they have wonderful combinations of pizzas and then with some of the regular favorites, they could do half and half combination. The...wine was delicious, the pizza was fantastic thin chest with fresh toppings and the spinach salad with pears was for dying. I'm not sorry to make photos, but everything looked so great that we just pushed it inside!

Fine well prepared thin crust pizza cooked in a wood oven. good service and selection of drinks. I'd have to visit myself as one.

We went to Sibarita because my brother saw it on Trip Advisor and it's pretty close to our house. While I personally prefer thicker crust pizza, the pizza selections here are good. Some unusual ingredients like duck. We all enjoyed our pizzas, draft beer and...wine. Service was good and prices reasonable.

We were not intentionally going to this place, but it was great we did eat here! Pizzas are awesome and huge. The place is super pretty however when we went to eat lunch there were not that many people, do not know why because it...is a great place. Would certainly recommend to stop by and try their pizzas!

This restaurant was recommended by a friend who lives in the neighborhood. The restaurant is very stylish and in a good Colonia Americana location. We were impressed with the good service and also the friendliness of our service person. One can watch as the fellow...makes your pizza and slides it in to a gorgeous pizza oven, yes, a wood burning oven. Had a liter of draft beer and a super pizza, which makes for a fine evening. One would have to call the pizza selection gourmet as they are not the standard fare. If you're looking for a class act in pizza, this would be your stop. Fair prices, interesting menu, give it a try! Those who are running the restaurant obviously care and it shows.
