This is primarily a seafood place (el pargo is a snapper,) but they also serve other dishes. we try to go there every visit in guadalajara. wonderful food, impeccable service, in a beautiful restaurant. reservations are recommended after four clocks.

El pargo is a tradition in this beautiful city. try the garnel or the ananas garnel. great atmosphere and great service. a must.

While we were eating : half a dozen of heavy armed men sat in the table beside flanked by short distance with 2 tables with smaller armed groups , no warning or sign in the entrance that situation may occur in the middle of you...dinner. Is un acceptable
