Sbarro - gton-Fayette

I ordered delivery on the website and it processed as pickup. There was no cancel order option. My account was charged and I never got my pizza delivered. I called to report this and no one picked up, and the mailbox was full. I filled out the surveys for feedback. I hope someone responds.

Supervisor watched me order a whole cheese and a whole pepperoni pie. She then stocked the line with both and left me waiting another 20 minutes.when asked about this her blonde clip in bobbed in indignation. Will eat someplace else just for better treatment.

Workers seemed like they didn't want to help. Extremely rude and quick to get us away. Food looked as if it had been sitting a long time. Told us a whole pie would take over 20 mins though there were no other customers. Refused to allow old pizza slices to be rang up as whole pie. Literally watched as they would look and stare at potential customers, hoping they'd walk away instead of ordering.. Will definitely not be back ...over priced for old food and poor service!!!

Nia, rude. She should not be working a service job. She replaced someone who also didn't want to be there. Nobody was waiting on anyone for food and there was a line wrapped around with people trying to order. I was trying to be compassionate since it was busy but they were just over the top rude. The manager should handle this. Unacceptable.
