Donatos Pizza In Lex - gton-Fayette

I got 2 pizza they burnt one had to remake said it would be 10 minutes at first ended up being 30 minutes

Food was good and came out quick (pepperonis to the edge! Girl at register was nice. Will be back.

I have went to another donatos Pizza last week and for some reason the pizza wasn't good and decided to come over here to this one because I don't like sauce on my pizza and ISABEL was so informing to know about the menu and was very patiently to me she told me that she had only been doing this for 2 weeks and I thought that she was doing great. I would like to say that I had to get two pizzas made and they was really great because the taste of the dough is different than what I had before they was very patient and understanding with me and I was able to just order a salad but I would recommend this donatos the customer service is great the cleanliness of the restaurant is good Dave was so nice and has been busy the whole entire time that I've been here due to UK football game everyone has worked with a smile on their face if only everyone in customer service would be like the people here

We love going to this Donatos, the counter help always greets us with a smile, the pizzas are always hot and fresh and even the bathrooms are clean! Our favorite pizza place in town!

Ordered online for dine in. Food was hot and ready on time. Counter help was friendly and helpful. Dining area is what you'd expect from donatos. Small but usable.
