We arrived 10 minutes late for our reservation and were seated in a cozy booth in the back corner of the restaurant, where the noise level was pretty low. Our server was amazing, helping us get Happy Hour orders in just in time and helping us determine which steak entree to order. The grilled brie with pear chutney was delicious, although really too much for a table of 2. We split the barrel cut filet entree, which my spouse said was excellent (he's a steak connoisseur). We weren't quite sure what to do with the onion strings and au jus sauce, but decided they were supposed to go on top of the steak. The grilled asparagus with béarnaise sauce didn't disappoint. Unfortunately, we had no room to try dessert, although several looked delicious.

The most terrible experience. I was there 7 days ago and had an issue was my food. They agreed that there was an issue, fixed it and apologized. Specifically, I was given the incorrect portion size for the dish I ordered. The Manager, TAMMY, replaced with the correct portion and mentioned that the cooks confused the order with a different dish. Today, I ordered the exact same dish and the same issue occurred. My server from the previous visit KATIE recognized us and the issue and told the GM CHASE that they replaced it last time. Instead of honoring how the situation was dealt with 7 days ago, CHASE arrogantly boasted about working for 8 years and that the smaller piece was the recipe for 8 years and that we would be charged to have the portion we had last time. they've been making updates to open the another location and I'm not sure any of it is for the better. The only good thing was the drinks and our server today, HORACE. Anywho, Carson's will never receive my business again.

The steak was incredibly good. I got the Creole Filet and it was delicious. We had the salmon bruschetta app and it was delicious as well. The service was wonderful. We will most definitely visit again.

The food was amazing! The Nacho starter was enough to be a meal and was super yum. I got the Warm Bacon Salad and it was a large enough portion that I took some home. Our waitress was amazing! I highly recommend.

Nice place and decor. Disappointed in the service. Our drinks did not arrive until 25 minutes after we were seated. Drink quality was most disappointing when received. Food was good. Very lively atmosphere noise level was loud.
