I ordered a 12 pc blackened tender meal with mashed potatoes and extra gravy. The drive thru attendant was going to give some extra gravy and the manager stopped her and explained to her I would have to pay. I agreed and then found out it was $3.99 for extra gravy...wth! I received my food and of course went home. I arrived gome to find out I did not receive my mashed potatoes and high priced extra gravy. I called them and they said come back and pick up the gravy. I explained like anyone, after arriving home who gets out after they get home to eat. He said when you can, come back we will replace it. I returned and all they would replace were the mashed potatoes, I lost it! So your incompetence I had a meal or better said half a meal the day I paid extra and picked up the other half a couple of days later. They couldn't even make it right and remake the meal that was paid for and never even had the chance to eat it all together. As consumers it is horrible the service that is available now days when we pay with our hard earned money and have to be satisfied with services like this!

I called the phone doesn't ring i spent 50 bucks for a 12 piece wing and a side of fries ,i received a 6 piece no fries, also order 12 with 2 flavors only received 1 flavor with a fry please fix this . Save your time and go to another location.
