The food at this restaurant was flavorful, but I was disappointed to find that the prices listed online did not match what was charged in-store. I ordered a couple of chicken bowls for my kids expecting to pay $7.85 per bowl, but ended up being charged $10.99 per bowl. While the price difference wasn't significant, it should have been consistent with the online prices when picking up the order. I was surprised to find that my order, which included 3 bowls and 2 drinks, totaled over $40. I recommend that the restaurant update their online prices to avoid any further confusion for customers.

My family has been dining at this restaurant for more than 5 years. We have always been satisfied with the quality of the food. However, tonight the chicken breast was tough and undercooked, making it inedible. When we politely reached out to inform them of the issue, they were unwilling to discuss the possibility that something was amiss.
