Buzz Inn Steakhouse Arlington In Arl

Grew up going to the buzz inn, it’s always been a classic. Decided to meet a group of girlfriends there for some drinks and to catch up on a trip home, my husband offered to be the DD. At one point I asked if he could go to the bar and grab some pull tabs and another beer for me. After 30 min I turn around and join him because he’s agitated, apparently the bartender informed him the system was down and she couldn’t help him but served another man next to him a drink after that. When he asked one more time while I was there she yelled at him in front of everybody while walking by that they were closing in 5 min and she already told him the system was down, basically how dare he ask. Eventually she brought the beer over to me and apologized but not to my husband. I’ve never experienced worse customer service, completely degrading. We were required to pay cash, the first time I haven’t tipped in my life. I wouldn’t mention it except after reading several other reviews of a similar theme but my husband was the only black person at the bar that evening, at the very least they heavily favor regulars, but a super icky experience overall and we won’t be back.

Ordered a 10 oz ribeye steak came out charcoaled I had to scrape it to eat it, I was hungry. Server didn't come by till almost done asked for butter for my mashed server said you want more butter I never got any butter not even after I asked. I should have just left the steak took 2 days to get charcole pieces and flavor out of my mouth. Gross! Very disappointed told server, she didn't care. Only offered hot mashed after the fact. I was bragging of the place before I got there. Now they prove me wrong burnt steak, cold mashed no butter, coffee with coffee grounds in it. Definitely a waste of money.Not with 26.99 burnt

I didn't eat on this visit, but I've been coming to the Buzz-Inns for over 30 years, and the food is most always great. Service and atmosphere this night (my birthday) was excellent.

Always have a great meal and drinks at Buzz Inn! Just wish there was some south of Everett! Love the place and the atmosphere

We are actually still in the restaurant before leaving I wanted this review out there. Service was horrible! Julia you should be attentive to your tables. We sat there for 25 minutes before getting food brought to table not once did you check on us. We received more attention from you when we were leaving than any other time. The young woman that brings food out took care of our needs. Awful service, okay food.
